A babka is a sweet braided bread (a brioche dough) or cake that originated in the Jewish communities of Poland and Ukraine. Babka is close to our hearts as it is one of our most favorite pastries.
We offer a variety of flavors to choose from:
- Cardamom Pistachio – cardamom, brown sugar, and pistachios
- Cinnamon Crumble – classic cinnamon, brown sugar, and crumble
- Chocolate Hazelnut – Dark chocolate, brown sugar, and hazelnuts
- Coffee Brownie – coffee, brown sugar, brownie, and milk chocolate
- Date Almond – Medjool Date filling, Date syrup, and almonds. A sugar-free option is available, just mention in the remarks if required
