Delivery & Refund Policy
We deliver our products within the Greater Metro Manila. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within Greater Metro Manila cities shall be on the date requested by the customer anywhere between 10 AM – 7 PM. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your correct contact details. The multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns. If there was an issue with your order, please email email@example.com and let us know what’s going on. We will do our best to make it right. If the product is damaged or is the wrong product, we will replace it with a new one. Please notify us within an hour if there is an issue with your order. In instances, where the product is wrong or damaged we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any claims of return if the product has been used or tampered with.
If a customer chooses to cancel their order, they must contact firstname.lastname@example.org two (2) days before the selected delivery date. Please note: the cut-off time for cancellation is 5 PM GMT the day before delivery. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
