Frasier is a classic French pastry made with genoise, cream, and a generous garnish of strawberries. Red Apron’s Fraisier is an upside-down strawberry cake. It features an awesome display of strawberry halves that surround the whole cake. Each genoise mousseline cake layer is lined with strawberry jam and diced strawberries. It has a vanilla cream mousseline filling and is lightened by Italian meringue to create a melt-in-your-mouth feel, reminiscent of ice cream.
